At Edward's Bistro, we are committed to serving Cornwall the finest bistro fare - for less. While our brunch, lunch and dinner menus are inspired by classical French and Italian cuisine, all ingredients are sourced locally and prepared from scratch in-house by Red Seal Chef and Owner, Jason Wagner, and his talented wife, Rosie.

At Edward's, we take the quality of our food very seriously. We only plate a meal if it passes the Edward Test (so if it's good enough for our amazing son, Edward, it's pretty much good enough for everyone!)

What is Scratch?

Scratch food is what happens when you take fresh and locally-sourced ingredients, add a dash of creativity, a soupcon of French-Italian fusion and leave the lot in the capable hands of Cornwall's finest Red Seal Chef.

All dishes served at Edward's Bistro are made from scratch onsite and sourced from local and ethical food providers.
