At Edwards Bistro, we are committed to serving Cornwall the finest bistro fare - for less. While our brunch, lunch and dinner menus are inspired by classical French and Italian cuisine, all ingredients are sourced locally and prepared from scratch in-house by Red Seal Chef and Owner, Jason Wagner, and his talented wife, Rosie.
